Is it an oversight that the biolab cannot be built on Naufulglebunsilo or can this be added to the mod?

To add to this, would it be possible to be able to make all science packs on Naufulglebunusilo also? Would make for late-game mega basing on 1 planet without the hassle of interplanetary logistics.
