only caused when AAi industry is installed

I'm not even sure why that code exists... AAI was updated to support the basic transport belts in bob's mods, so given the date on this mod was 4 months ago, i'm guessing Xagros added support for the belts and that conflicted with the more recent changes in AAI. Anyway, it doesn't look like commenting out that part of the code would break anything... and it's just in the part of the mod that's meant for compatibility with the Tuonela scenario mod that I don't use...
I'm going to try it.

So that works, but you can't research basic-logistics at all with the default mod settings. It's disabled in the same tuonela tweaks file.

Disabling the Tuonela option in the mod settings seems to fix it.
