More miniloaders

Adds more miniloaders from Miniloader mod for some modded transport belts. Includes miniloaders for One More Tier, Xander Mod, Iper Belt, Hiladdar's Belts and 5Dim. Adds compatibility with RitnMechanic. Includes an API for mod creators to add their own miniloaders.

After throwing a logic wire on the filter mini loader(from your mod), the game freezes for 5-10 seconds, if you make a bluprint and try to place it, the game freezes and no longer reacts to the player's actions.
active mods:
- miniloaders
- Hiladdar's belts
- More miniloaders

If you put the wire first on the miniloader, and then on the combinator, then everything is OK
