Adds modular buildings. When placing certain buildings near each other, they "combine" into a larger single entity. Can be used to reduce UPS overhead in larger bases.

Sorry I've been busy on my other mod. I was gonna stop being hella lazy at some point here and do dynamic structure generation.
No explicit ETA but it will be a thing. Sooner rather than later.
