This error occurred because a mod (I don't know which one) probably removed the drill from the recipe product list or just changed the drill or drill name slightly.

Do you know if you are able to change the recipe, like the vanilla mining drill's recipe, which is 9 iron plates + 10 electric circuits + 5 iron gears= Electric Mining Drill (in this case, "tile mining drill"). That should solve the problem.
