Gives the logistics robots and construction robots different sounds based (mostly) on memes.

Audio and swear warning, this gets dumb with more than 20 robots of either type.

Code copied by hand from 321freddy's mod Bot Buzz, so if that has problems, so will this one. This is my first mod, also.

Might not work, I don't know why though.

Credit to everyone who's ever been funny who I've heard about.

To do list:
- Make singular robots be able to pull from any of the sounds at least more often so a robot doesn't just spam the shorter sounds.
- Balance audio levels a bit more so they can all be potentially heard (if that's even possible)
- Add more sounds (dunno what other sounds to add, so feel free to give suggestions)
