not sure if I maybe misunderstood the description but when I'm walking "over" a building that is on concrete I still get slowed down a bit. I thought I'd be the same speed as walking on the concrete?
Nah, it's not you, my dude. This mod doesn't work because I don't know jack about doing it right. I'll look into implementing it properly.
