b AutoBuy doesnt ignores Non researched items when using "Upgrade planner"

if "AutoBuy" is on a blank"upgrade planner" ignores research, for example, i use it on a T2 belt i want to upgrade, if i have bots to place items and turn AutoBuy on and use an upgrade planner, it will upgrade the belts to T3 even if i dont have the Tech for it
