Small mod that adds logistic beacon that provide charging platform and range increase but no docking.

perfect mod but why you deleted for 0.15 factorio version ?
I just uploaded it for factorio 0.16, so there was no 0.15 version.
If this not problem for you, please add this mod for 0.15, anyway thank you.
