I already noticed some strange behaviors in the old version but now i have noticed it again at 2 locations in my current "bobs" game ...
I fixed both problems by moving the underground belt end away from the logistic belt controller ... depending on your space this may not be a feasible solution without moving bigger parts of the factory.
In the first case even wrong items appeared on the affected belt segment causing the item flow getting glogged. i removed those items from the belt, but it happened again several times until i moved the underground belt ending by one tile away from the logistic belt controller
the second case produced several times that a branch of the crossing segment got "disconnected" somehow logically since the stock info didn't show any items from the branch before the location where those underground belt and logistic belt controller were placed.
I tried to reproduce this behavior in a smaller isolated area but i had not success yet.
