how does the cleaner setting work exactly?
is it something that can be kept on or just best to toggle for a whole to clean up stuck items?
also lets say an assembler makes circuits and an inserter puts it into a chest and that chest is providing the circuits, do those circuits then get cleaned out or do they stay , if another node is having cleaner on in the system?
