for now this mod does not work together with "More Expensive Buildings" ( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Zharderbuilding )
That would add an intermediate for the buildings in this mod. But the final building is missing now.

I cannot reproduce that. It adds parts and changes the recipe of the combinators to require those parts.
Unless maybe you added either of the mods after the fact I don't see how?
After researching Automation, Electronics, Green Science and Circuit network, I can simply craft them.

If your experience is different then you are probably using other mods that are responsible for that, and I would need the complete mod list you are using, or alternatively a savegame.
