Adds a combinator to set logistic groups with a circuit network signal.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Entities which interact with the circuit network.
When sent to signal contains of Quality over normal, signal is replace with normal product.
[Idea] Would you please move an quality value to signal?
currently is does not seem to be possible to transmit the quality
