The mod specifically crashes when researching blue belts. In addition to the crash, all input researches have mangled names:

Not sure how relevant it is, but it might help pinpoint where things went wrong.
I managed to shrink the instance as small as possible, using just Liteception, Factorissimo, and Omnicompression together. It consistently crashes upon researching Express Belt Inputs, and it works fine for all the others.
