I believe that once you produce enough pollution, biters will break the factory on the Nauvis surface. This will not destroy the factory, but it will break the circuit that gives you resources
It's recommended to use the modded world preset, but this should get fixed, thanks for reporting! Until then, you can hopefully fix your world in /editor
