Thanks for the feedback. This isn't straightforward to fix, and I don't use that mod. I'll have to set aside some time to look at this properly. Nothing actually "breaks" as such, so instead here's a workaround for now:
1) Move your building using picker dollies.
2) Deconstruct it (manually or by bots, doesn't matter) - this will remove the light source left behind.
3) Use control+Z to undo that action. This will create a ghost with all of the settings applied to the moved building.
4) When rebuilt (by bots or by hand, doesn't matter) - the lamp will be recreated in the correct spot.
