Thanks for the report. With vanilla + Lightorio only I've not been able to recreate this. Could you upload a copy of your save file somewhere around the point this triggers? My current assumption it's due to a mod conflict.

Same problem on my end. Krastorio2 mining drill Mk2 being picked up by a bot after marked for deconstruction by AutoDeconstruct

To trigger the bug, load the save game (autosave 3) and simply walk north a teensy bit until the bots fly to the miners on the iron patch.
