Since last mod update, it doesnt seem to do anything

Try to open your game with the editor and to craft pipe using speed modules,
if your not seeing updates by around 1k the craft count, then something is going on.

Tested in 1.0.3 version everything work. Version 1.0.4 wont add quality to machines, only productivity bonuses

Found a bad if/else statement and looks good now,
plus fixed the output direction on the Recycler, when being replaced.
