New technology giving access to a filter combinator that performs a set intersection or symmetric difference (red filters out green, green filters out red) on the inputs. It filters each side, but preserves counts by wire color even in intersection mode.

Has an optional mode to ignore quality so filtering steel(normal) with filter all steel signals of any quality.
