Unofficial Factorio 2.1 port of large-storage-tank

All credit goes to the original author, Valerian. This port only exists because no 2.1 release of the original was available yet (as of 2026-11-01). Please use the original as soon as it is updated for 2.1 - this port will then be deprecated.

Changes from the original: factorio_version set to 2.1, nothing else. Internal mod name changed to large-storage-tank-21, so it is incompatible with the original (both cannot be enabled together).
