From this mod, right? From what I can tell, the science packs created using the createDanyao function (that all of the new technologies rely upon) are not usable in any lab; so that is the cause of the error.
Is there supposed to be a new type of lab that accepts all of those new science packs? Because the default lab is not being updated to use those new science packs. I'm not sure what changed between the two versions to break this functionality; I don't think any of the basic data/item/recipe/technology functionality was changed between the versions.
