steps to repeat:
1. get 2 chemical plants
2. set one of them to freezing a liquid and the other to melting
3. connect them together with inserters and pipes
4. put productivity modules in them
5. connect their pipes to a fluid network that needs more fluids and watch them make fluids out of thin air

Ahh, good catch. I don't know how I never noticed that, since it was the same way in Reverse Factory. Should be fixed for both mods; neither recipe should allow productivity, as of v0.0.4
