Hello, sorry it took SO long to get to this; I haven't really been giving this mod the attention it deserved. But anyways, I've added settings for this in v4.1.10
For now, I've only added settings to disable the various burner inserters, since the logic involving the long inserters is a little more.. entwined with compatibility relating to other mods, with most sections of code assuming that long inserters exist in some capacity.
The code relating to burner inserters was pretty light by comparison, so much easier to implement. And in theory, those are probably the ones people would want to disable the most, since "burner-stack" and "burner-stack-filter" might be relatively overpowered for the early game in which you can unlock them.
