Right now its a little hard to get Nuclear Artillery Shells without Kovarex can you add a recipe for the Nuclear Artillery Shell that uses Plutonium like the portable nuclear rocket. The Rocket Turret would need one as well.
Also the nuclear fuel should be disabled the Nuclear fuel mod reenables it for some reason.
