If filling up the predator and baneblade with ammo on the AI version (from AAI programmable vehicles), having a few stacks in it's inventory and then remove the ammo from the gun slot, all ammo in the whole tank are removed. This happens on both the predator turret version, baneblade turret and bolter version of both.
Perhaps and probably not a bug on your end per se, but i'm just letting you know, maybe you talk with each other. I fired up a sandbox and i could replicate the bug there, it happens on the baneblade aswell. If you don't have gas barrels in it, the bug doesn't happen, but when you insert gas barrels and remove the ammo from the gun slot, all ammo in the storage is lost and you only get out one stack.
