Is this issue not solved by Redrawn Space Compatibility?

Additionally, your screenshot shows a space connection to the inner sun orbit from a place that is not the outer sun orbit. Such a connection breaks the progression of the Dyson Sphere mod. That issue is also fixed by Redrawn Space Compatibility mod.
