Every time you die, you respawn with a pistol auto equipped in your first weapon slot, with the other weapons and ammo shunted to the right. If the shunted weapon would be outside the third slot, it gets put in your inventory.
Can this mod just stop auto equipping a new pistol on every death?
I don't necessarily mind the pistol being added to the inventory; it's fun to drop them in a pile on the ground as a way to mark how many times I've died. But I definitely don't want them auto equipped while I'm using this mod.
