Space Exploration modifies death/what happens when you die, so it probably requires a compatibility patch.
It should work now, not so elegant, but it'll work.
For curious people, events don't contain "corpse" nor SE mod provides it as data to other mods in my brief examination. Also, SE changes order of events with own events.
