Something removed the unlock conditions for Krastorio 2 Spaced Out coke and steel beam production, in my modpack.

My modpack was big enough that it was legitimately easier to just make this mod, to re-enable them.

I figure someone out there probably will have / has had the same problem and could use this mod.
