Undoes three logistics changes that Krastorio 2 Spaced Out makes to Krastorio 2, for players who liked the old belts.

Safe to add to an existing save: if kr-logistic-4 is already researched, the restored recipes are enabled on load. It does not reset technology effects, so bonuses other mods set by script are left alone.
Not changed: the upgrade chain stays express -> turbo as Spaced Out has it, so upgrade planners skip the advanced tier.
Requires Krastorio2 and Krastorio2-spaced-out. Tested on Factorio 2.1.21 with Krastorio2 2.1.3 and Krastorio2-spaced-out 2.0.17.
