Tested with Maraxsis v1.31.4 and Janus Reshifted v2.0.0, and Space Age v2.0.73, attempting to place anything in Maraxsis Pressure Domes causes "Pressure dome is in the way" popup, and prevents the placement.
Also tested with Maraxsis v1.30.59 and v1.30.57, and had the same issue, so it's not because of the recent Maraxsis updates. (don't know why I had these versions in specific lying around, but one is from 24 days ago, the other is from 3 months ago; both exhibit the same behavior)
