Hello is this some kind of spam?

The discription is like vague and the homepage don't look as they have anything in common with Factorio.

Has anybody tested this mod and can summarice the content?

Judging from the little digging I did this mod is supposed to simplify (predictable resources or something, not sure) and pacify (no weapons or walls) Factorio a lot to make it suitable for kids 8y old and above and be used in a sort of educational way, see https://www.inventtheworld.com.au/courses/rockets-sprockets/ for details.
This is not spam, but a small overhaul to turn Factorio into a gamified psychological test about "is my kid smart enough for STEM?"

My educated guess is that this has little to no description because it is supposed to be installed by adults who run the courses of the linked website and already know what it is doing and what it is for, or execute orders from those who do.

At most this might be a licensing issue because the game in conjunction with this mod is used in a paid-for (220 US$/kid) course.

Hey guys, yes this mod is used at holiday programs and no it is not spam. There is no licensing issues as we have already spoken to the Factorio team, who have given consent for us to use it.
