Allows you to 'borrow' items using a console command. Repaying loans can be done, but is optional.

If you accidently hit enter without an item it crashes, just needs a simple check if it's nil do nothing because everytime someone types /borrow [enter] the whole thing crashes, just needs a simple check if nil ignore.
