Adds a new map generation option to generate an island with a mainland.

I installed the mod, but can't figure it out, how to enable it. When creating the game, there is no option for island with mainland and the map dont generate on default settings either.
Are you sure that you're in the "Map Type" section? The setting you want is in the terrain tab, not in the main preset selection menu.
