I translate this mod on RU (only locale file) https://pastebin.com/1B7i0xpb But this file doesn't have place names (like "edge of the solar system"). If you include place names and stars, I'll translate them to make the localization complete.
I have no idea how translation works in Factorio yet. I have not looked into it. If you want to make a PR and set up the translations, I will accept it and merge it. If you are not able to access Github, you can post git diff file of the changes.
I can't access github. I translated the language config file (it had only a couple of lines describing the mod). But there were no lines with the name of the area (stars and star systems).
