In the base game there is a button to halt all unloading on a planet and it would be nice if there was a way to do the same with Inter-platform logistics.
What I mean is that you can still request and have stuff delivered to the ship but the ship will not send stuff to other ships within the system.
The other option that would also be neat is to designate a space station that sends everything out and receives everything but ships are not allowed to transfer between themselves
If there is already a way and I just haven't seen it. I apologize
