A teleporter that can go on any surface

Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
I am standing on the teleporter, but the destination UI is not clickable, just like a sticker.
I also find it a bit finicky sometimes—you really need to be centered and not flying around with the mech armor. Also, make sure both teleporters are fully charged.
