No connection to pipe after placing. All connections lost after loading a savegame.

Factorio 0.18.45, Krastorio 2 (but also w/o)

I'm unable to reproduce the issue. With both inland pumps and inland pumps + krastorio, if I place pipes next to the pump or a pump next to the pipes it connects and fills the pipes. The connection stays after I save, quit, and re-load the game.

Could you upload the saved game where this is happening so I can get a better look at what's happening?

There are some more used mods. Sending saved game is difficult, because then you would need all locally modified mods and the settings (the whole mods folder). I will try to reproduce the bug in a smaller environment.

I could not yet reproduce the connection on loading a save game but I think it depends on the order in which the elements are loaded from the savegame, if the pump is placed later than the pipe , the connection is lost.
If I remove Bio-Industrie, and load the game the connection is lost on normal pipes.

I've been having this issue with the mod for over a year, I think it may be related to squeak through, but tried just squeak through and inland pumps and was not able to reproduce the issue.

Thanks for the saved game. I narrowed the problem down to an interaction between AAI Industries and this mod. I'll see what it takes to fix it.
