Infinite Buffer Fluid Tank

by llVIU

WARNING: putting multiple tanks on the same system can crash the game. This is a very expensive 1x1 fluid storage tank that holds up to 183 billion fluid. It used to be infinite, but this is the game limitation in Factorio 2.0.6. It is necessary to put a pump at the output, otherwise only part of the fluids inside the tank will drain out. The tank costs as much as 100 regular fluid storage tanks (2000 iron plates and 500 steel plates) OR you can make it directly using 100 fluid tanks. Either way

Like the title states is there a chance of getting a 2.0 out of this?

Updated. Note the new 183bil limit. Do not put tanks on the same system or the game will crash.

my favorite part about this 2.0 port is the version is now "2.0.602". you must've put in a lot of work into the 2.0 port to need 601 private unreleased versions

The reason is because the game version is currently 2.0.60 so I added a "1" then "2", it's to clearly show which version of the game this was made for. Not important.

But I like your joke.

Couldnt get it to work very well. As listed in the bugs it is very hard to get any useful amount of fluid out of the tank. Without pumps it trickles, with output pump it doesnt release any fluid. I was playing ultracube and using flow control. Probably related to that if it normally works in current version
