So is this mod dead? It's deprecated and hasn't been worked on for 7 months even though the idea sounds quite interesting

I've run into technical limitations within the game itself that have made it infeasible to implement the planetary threat in the way I originally intended. I may resume development at a later point if I find an alternate method or further game updates add the means I need, but it's on hold until that point.

I do see the issue of trying to make a whole new type of reactive threat, the closest I've seen was either tiberium or that castra planet mod but this one would be more reactive... Wish I could help you but yeah it's a tough nut to crack
