There is a separate mod for Celsius -> Fahrenheit, it's linked in the description and even does the math on it!
Anything electricity related is generally measured in Watts, even in the colonies.
Is there somewhere in game that does show the time? If so I can look into that!
Calories are a metric unit but I'm aware they're used over joules, I'll check how feasible swapping those is!
