Adds the Schierbin(sp?) alternative crushing category to other crushers. Also rebalances the Upgrade Crusher to be faster with an innate productivity bonus, but can only do the alternative recipes. This should allow it to be more useful in later patches of space travel, while encouraging it to be used alongside existing setups. The quality is set to -50% to discourage space lottery with it.
