Logistic and construction robots are faster, but at what cost...?

Robots that stay idle will slowly malfunction into slower versions, which will have to be lubricated to repair them.
Malfunctioning robots only have 80% of vanilla robot speed, but normal robots have 125% instead! (configurable)
[IMPORTANT] After lubricating, robots won't start decaying until taken out of the machine!
