When I place ghost pipes, they are unable to be built by bots. They seem to show up as the hot variant, as the warning shows.

Edit: Looks like it's an incompatibility with Flow control. https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Flow%20Control Issue disappeared after uninstalling that.
I'm not fixing that on my end.
