Hot metals

A furnace doesn't just output cold usable results. You need to wait for them to cool down.

g Blocker progression when starting on non nauvis

Hello,

Love the idea of your mod and started a game with Planet Picker https://mods.factorio.com/mod/planet-picker?from=search where you can start on another planet than Nauvis. It adds required starting techs and unlocks to enable progression.

However with Hot metals some tech don't unlock when you need to produce Iron Plates or Steel Plates as when they cool down it doesn't count to the unlock requirement (tested on Vulcanus start).

Not sure if this is fixable easily but I wanted to let you know !

Hey. I thought I fixed this bug before. I'll have a look again.

With just Planet picker and Hot metals it works for me. Hot metals replaces the triggers for the technologies to use the hot variants instead. Maybe you have a mod that reverts the triggers somehow? Can you please enable the setting "Show mod owners in tooltips" under Settings->Interface, then hover over a problematic technology and give me the mod names listed in blue in the tooltip as well as the technology name?

Hello,

It may be other mods, but it doesn't show with the mod override display. Here's screenshot and a save to reproduce the issue :

The planet starting mod is actually https://mods.factorio.com/mod/any-planet-start?from=search my bad.
