I'm playing a heavily modded setup, and was not able to launch a rocket off of lignumis. It told me that I don't know where to go yet. So I added the nauvis discovery tech to the visible list. That didn't work, so I ended up using a command to get to nauvis. I'm not exactly sure what mod I have that would be causing this issue. :( I guess lignumis is not listed as a compatible planet, so maybe I just installed conflicting mods. Also any time I try to change the visible and/or invisible list per your listed instructions, the lists keep resetting to default. Using the reveal command option was what finally worked.
