As discussed in the other thread, there is a horizontal scroll bar showing up in the production line main window.
You said "You can change number of columns of products/ingredients"
So I went and checked my settings. They are BOTH set to the MINIMUM which is 5. https://i.imgur.com/HlnrISL.png You can see in this image they are set to 5

You can see in this image that most of the products/ingredients are correctly limited to 5, and then they wrap around. HOWEVER, the block at the bottom has the ingredients going way past 5 columns, they only start wrapping around once they get to seven ingredients. This is seems to be a bug of some sort as it's not following the same rules of "5 columns".
Side note: You can also see the icons/columns of the block at the bottom don't quite line up properly with the other columns of the normal recipes
