I've researched a bunch of new productivity techs and I would like to plan my factory around them

Expected Behavior

• If I have +40% steel production from tech
• My Foundry should show +90% (50% base)
• My Electric Smelter should show +40%

Actual Behaviour

• Foundry calculated with 50% productivity, Smelter with 0%
• No other new productivity tech being applied anywhere
• Only Mining productivity tech being applied to miners

Savefile to play around

• this is the start of the game
• only Helmod installed
• All productivity techs are researched to some level (9 or 10)
• Almost all recipes which supposed to utilize new prod techs are added to the planner
