Maybe its my misstake and i really just shouldnt get achievements today, but i helmod (only it) and
1. Local achievements was resetted (i got notification and immideately got several - for steam electricity etc...)
2. Didnn't get any steam achievements anymore
Is someone has same problem?

(Anyway Helfima - huge thanks for supporting your mod. Even if i need to choose either achievements or your mod - helmod indeed!! )

Installing any mod except for the official mods will disable achievements. There is no way around this.

Sorry then, my bad. I thought some mods that don't change gameplay/balance wouldn't disable them.
If i temporally switch mod off, will i get them or for this save file its one way ticket? )

Nope, it's all (unofficial) mods. Regardless of what they do.
I'm not sure about if you disable them. Try it? 🤷‍♂️
