b [Fixed]incorrect productivity calculation when speed hits limit

using editors extensions, bobs modules and Helmod. I created the following setup ( https://imgur.com/a/saJvi3G ). if I put this exact setup in Helmod, the speed is so high it gets limited by the tick speed (1 recipe per tick) resulting in a 120/s plate consumption and 60/s gear output, which becomes 180/s with the 200% productivity bonus. this is exactly what is shown in helmod.

when preforming this in game and looking at the production statistics window, there is still a 120/s plate consumption but a 8500/s gear output.

this is a very extreme example but it always happens when there is productivity and the speed limit is reached.

note: the same also happens when removing Bob's modules from the active mod list and using the super beacon and super modules from editor extensions. similarly, the bug appears when removing editor extensions from the mod list and using vanilla loaders and less productivity (otherwise the loaders can't keep up).
